RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Noma Horizon, we hold our collections to the highest standards of contemporary luxury, tailoring, and design. If your purchase does not perfectly meet your expectations, we accept returns on all unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
* It must be in its original, undamaged condition with all Noma Horizon designer tags, packaging, and labels fully attached.
* It must be free from any signs of wear, cosmetics, perfume, or distinct odors.
* Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original branded boxes, protected inside an outer shipping box.
Please note that custom-made garments, altered items, and pieces marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To guarantee a seamless experience for our North American clientele, all returns must be registered through our official concierge service:
1. Contact our client care team at concierge@nomahorizon.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide you with authorized return instructions and the dedicated shipping address for our North American fulfillment center within 24–48 hours.
3. Securely pack your items and ship them back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the client unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and meticulously inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email notification.
Approved returns will be processed immediately. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or Klarna) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
